DOC HANGAR, UNION STATION BRING HOME AGC AWARDS

Hutton received two awards at the annual Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Kansas Building Awards ceremony for work completed in 2019. The new B-29 DOC Hangar & Education Center received an Award of Honor for in the pre-engineered $2 million – $6 million category. The historic renovation of Union Station in downtown Wichita won an Award of Excellence in the $6 million – $10 million category.

Each year, AGC of Kansas presents the awards to recognize the state’s most notable construction projects and the collaborative effort it takes to make them come to life. The awards are presented during the annual KAN-STRUCT Conference held each year in Wichita.
