HUTTON PULLS $1.1M BUILDING PERMIT FOR WICHITA ENDODONTICS RENOVATION

Hutton has been cleared to begin renovation work of a two-story office building in east Wichita.

A building permit totaling $1.1 million was approved recently for tenant improvements at 12219 E. Central, public records show, the building between Greenwich and 127th Street that Wichita Endodontics purchased late last year.

The dental office plans to relocate its east-side office that’s near Central and Hillside to the new building once renovations are complete this summer, the WBJ reported in December. It will keep its newly remodeled west-side office at 21st and Ridge.

Wichita Endodontics has said it will occupy the first floor of the new building on East Central, and there will be space upstairs that could eventually be leased out to another tenant.

The 12,000 square-foot building has been empty since Biologix Center left it left last spring.
