A maintenance supply company, MASSCO had outgrown its warehouse and office space. They needed a new, larger facility, but one that used space more efficiently. Hutton delivered, building a bright and modern office space and a warehouse with 30-foot ceilings that created plenty of room for shelving. “Hutton definitely met our expectations,” said Bryan Barton, general manager of MASSCO.

MASSCO needed a new headquarters for their distribution center and called on Hutton to design and build a new 61,224-square-foot warehouse and corporate headquarters.

NO ROOM FOR ERROR
Hutton had to be on the level, literally. There was no room for error on the grade of the warehouse floor. Even the slightest slope could send inventory sliding off the shelves. Hutton used lasers screed machines for perfect accuracy. “I knew there would be challenges,” said Barton. “But if you’re looking for someone that will build you a quality building, Hutton should be at the top of the list.”
TEAM BUILDING
The warehouse was completed a month early and Barton said he was impressed with Hutton’s team approach throughout the project. “From architects to engineers, to help with decorating, to working with one person to keep the project moving forward, the whole process was great,” he said.
