After purchasing a facility originally built in the late 1980s, Max Aerostructures brought in Hutton to make it like new. Newly-launched Max Aerostructures needed a place where their manufacturing business could take off and called upon Hutton to design and remodel an existing facility.

OUT WITH THE OLD
The project involved a remodel to the front office, quality control lab, building exterior, HVAC replacement and full re-roofing — all while manufacturing continued inside. "Hutton rose to the challenge and delivered on their commitments, which made the result unlike many you see in our industry," said Purcell.
TEAM SPIRIT
Purcell said the construction project was collaborative and the company always felt it had a place at the table. "The amount of thought, effort and care the Hutton team brought to this project really made the difference,” he said. "They considered all our ideas and saw the vision we had for this building."
